Celtic heart stained glass
For the wedding of friends, I made this stained glass heart. The design is based on a Celtic knot: a pattern without beginning or end, symbolizing eternal connection.
I chose warm yellow glass, radiating light and joy, combined with clear textured glass for extra depth. After cutting all the pieces and wrapping them with copper foil, the parts were soldered together with tin. This created a sturdy and shiny whole.
In sunlight, the heart glows and the pattern truly comes to life. A handmade gift, full of symbolism, reflecting their love and bond.
